Viacala is a small European team building and running AI systems for small and medium businesses. Based in Mallorca, working across the UK, Spain and the wider EU. Here's who's behind the work you're reading and why we do it the way we do.
What we bring to your business
Seven years in sales, before we ever touched AI.
Before this was an AI company, it was a sales team. Seven years selling across real estate, mining software, mining service providers, commercial construction, sales enablement software (as sellers, not just users), online consulting for B2B and B2C, finance, health transformation, sports coaching, and business consulting. That's a range of industries most "AI consultants" have never sat in, and it means we know what a broken sales process actually looks like before we recommend a system to fix it.
Hands-on implementation, not slide decks.
Every workflow, agent, and automation we recommend to a client is one we've built with our own hands, usually for our own business first. The n8n workflows powering our own audit, the AI chat widget on this site, the Supabase reporting stack behind our dashboards. All of it is us eating our own cooking. We don't recommend anything we haven't already proven works.
Documented results, not promises.
We work in the client's own numbers, measured in the client's own CRM, never estimated. Our current headline case (a UK-based health transformation business) has generated £1.5M in tracked revenue, 390 closed deals visible for the first time, and 11,000+ automated follow-ups since the systems went live. Those numbers are pulled directly from their CRM; we didn't make them up.
How we work
- We start with a short call and identify the two or three things worth handing over first. You get that list either way.
- We build those things properly. Nothing else in the business changes while we do it.
- We hand it over ready to run, or run it for you. Your call.
- Everything is built to European standards: GDPR-first, EU AI Act aware, hosted on European servers.
Why we write
If you found a piece of writing that felt different from the AI-content noise, that's intentional. Every piece we publish is either based on real work we've done, a specific take with a specific author behind it, or anchored in a European small-business perspective rather than the US enterprise perspective most AI writing is aimed at. If we don't have real ground to stand on for a topic, we don't publish about it. That's the rule.
